All starts early in the morning, our private vehicule and local guide will take you to the outskirts of Buenos Aires to get to know the gaucho life style. Once in town, wander around the historical part of the town, immerse yourself in the daily life of the locals by visiting their ateliers and learn from the people who keep the gaucho tradition alive.
Afterwards, you'll make your way to a local estancia located 12kms away from town. Once in thre, you can wander and discover the 300 hectares mainly dedicated to raise bovine cattle by horse or carriage on sulkys. These rides can be scheduled according to seasons and climate temperature. Or you might prefer cycling or a healthy walk!
At lunch time, you will enjoy a typical country style barbeque prepared using only the finest quality meats. Dessert is accompanied by a folklore show, which is followed by a demonstration of gaucho skills.
