You can personalize your box by choosing red wines, white wines or a mix of both. You will also get information about the history and uniqueness of each wine right from our expert sommelier and her audio-guides created specially for the occasion.
Each Wine Box includes 4 bottles of wine of your choice.
The wine box only includes organically grown wines from Argentina.
We also compensate the carbon emissions of the travel box shipping by planting one tree in Patagonia for each travel box purchased, working in collaboration with ReforestArg, we not only compensate but generate clean oxigen for the world.
Local import taxes vary from country to country, so they are not included and you will be asked to pay them (if applicable) when you receive your travel box.
Most of the countries DO NOT have import taxes for these products when it is for local consumption. In those exceptional cases when import taxes occur, it can be between USD 5 and USD 20 for the travel box entirely.

Cash, wire transfer or credit card payments through paypal are accepted. There is a 5,4% surcharge for credit card payments through paypal.
Cancellation
In the event that the customer needs to cancel a reservation made, the amount paid shall be returned after discounting the cancellation expenses, if any. Any cancellation should be sent by written form to the following e-mail address: info@andatravel.com.ar. Any cancellation receipt and confirmation shall be sent by the same way. The expenses shall depend on the advance time by which the cancellation will be requested:
Within 15 days before the service, a 20% penalty of the total amount of the service.
5 to 15 days before the service, a 40% penalty of the total amount of the service.
Less than 5 days before the service: a 60% penalty of the total amount of the service.
Less than 2 days before the service: a 100% penalty of the total amount of the service.
Hours and trips
1. All passengers are obliged to respect all the established hours. All consequences related to its breach shall be at their own expenses.
2. In the event of regular tours, there shall be a 5-minute tolerance for the pick up, after this time, the pick-up itinerary shall be completed. In this case, the passengers shall have to go by their own means to the starting point of the tour.
3. Should the passenger not show up at the pick-up place and at the time mentioned in this document, this shall be considered as cancelled at the last minute (no show) and the total amount of the service shall be charged.
Changes 1. During our trips, different public and private sites shall be visited, the same are booked according to the scheduling, day and choice of the passengers. Access to them is subject to the decision of the authorities at the moment of the visit.
2. Once the booking has been confirmed, ANDA shall not be liable for any change or cancellation made on the passanger's own decision including flight delays of the air company, or any other transportation means.
3. ANDA reserves the right to make partial or total changes of days and/or services composing the tour due to unforseeable circumstances or in case of force majeure, before or during the implementation thereof.
4. ANDA shall have the right to cancel any tour in the event of any of the circumstances provided by Art. 24 of the Decree nr. 2182/72
5. Should the trip last more than the established terms due to fortuitous causes beyond the control of the Company or by force majeure, the expenses incurred shall be paid by the passenger.
The transport is included only in cases specifically mentioned in the corresponding item. The transport services shall be provided by the contracted transport companies. Vehicle transportation shall only be provided for the requested amount of people and/or the specific group.
Personal belongings
1. Any customer's baggage and other personal belongings are not covered by the contract journey. As for all the personal objects, these should always be kept with themselves, irrespective of the part of the vehicle where they are stored. They are carried on behalf and on the customer's risk, being the Operator not liable for any loss, theft or damage that should be incurred during the travel for any reason, including any handling during hotel/airport transfers or viceversa, if any.
2. This document does not include any traveller's possibility nor right to complain to the transport companies or their insurances companies, being the application and compliance of the trasnport companies' terms as well as the ticket the only binding agreement between the above-mentioned companies and the passenger.
Can it be sent to X country?
We are working to come to your country! Some country regulations don't allow us to ship the Travel Box to your hometown yet. Please always ask your travel agent first before ordering your TravelBox.
When will the Travel Box be delivered to my home?
Once payment is done, it takes between 2 or 3 business days boxing your Travel Experience and organizing all the paperwork. Afterwards, the box starts its journey to your selected destination.
We will provide you with a tracking number to follow the path of your experience. Apart from that, we kindly ask you to tell us when the experience arrives at its destination to continue with the next steps.
How many people can enjoy the Travel Box experience?
You can split the box between as many people as you wish, we suggest keeping the group of max four people. If there are more people in your party, it’s better to get an extra box.
Also, you can share the experience with people who are not in the same location as you by ordering an extra box (or more than one!) for them and join the sesion all together!
Is the price given per person?
No, the price shown in our website is per box, you can order as many boxes as you want!
I’ve already ordered my experience and the payment link has just arrived but the price is given per participant, is this correct?
Yes, this is correct - unfortunately, the payment platform doesn’t speak our Travel Box language quite yet so if it is said participants please read this as boxes. Here is an example, if you want to order one box (up to 4 people in the same location) you only need to select "one participant".
Can I take my experience at any time?
Once you have your Travel Box between your hand the session will be arranged between you, your travel agent and the sommelier. We will find the best time for the wine session according to the time zones.
Can I personalize my Travel Box?
Yes, you can do it - just ask your travel agent how to do this. We love to personalize our experiences!
Can anyone take these experiences?
Yes, of course! You can take it on your own, you can share it, you can buy it for a different person, you can send it as a gift… everyone is welcome/all ideas are welcome! Some experiences have their own limitations, The Wine Experience is only for those who have reached the legal age and are eligible to consume alcoholic drinks according to local laws.
