Day 1 - Puerto Iguazu
Once you’ve touched down in Puerto Iguazu, we’ll have private transport organized to take you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to get to know this small town or just relax by the pool. If you’re eager to jump straight into the action, we’d recommend going on a bike tour in the jungle.
Day 2 - Puerto Iguazu
We enter the Iguazú National Park for a tour of the Argentinean side of the falls. It’s here you’ll discover the immensity of these waterfalls as you walk across secure catwalks and paths that lie next to, below and over the top of the falls. You’ll even have the opportunity to experience Iguazu Falls from the river in a small boat and even move through one of the waterfalls as the water descends from above. A guide will teach you more about the forest and its unique flora and fauna. Following this, it’s back to the hotel.
Day 3 - El Calafate
You’ll be taken to the local airport via private transport and take the flight to El Calafate, which includes a short stop in Buenos Aires. After a long day of flying from the north to the south of the country, you’ll be arrive in Calafate and be transported to your hotel where you can check in and take the rest of the day to relax.
Day 4 - El Calafate
Transport will be organized to take you to the Los Glaciares National Park. You’ll set off on a short boat trip before trekking on top of Perito Moreno, one of the world’s biggest glaciers.
The two hour circuit that follows introduces you a fascinating icy landscape that you won’t soon forget. It’s made up of small lagoons, gullies, crevasses and plenty of ice formations with incredible blue colors. You’ll hear all about the flora and fauna in the area and the story of Perito Moreno itself.
Day 5 - Ushuaia
A private transfer is organized from your hotel to the airport for your flight to Ushuaia. You’ll land, check-in at the hotel and take the afternoon to relax.
Day 6 - Ushuaia
Get ready to see some more of Ushuaia’s beauty as you travel by Land Rover through its mountains and forests. This exciting guided tour will give you some of the best views of beyond the Andes range and the lakes of Escondido and Fagnano. You’ll stop off for a typical Argentine beef barbecue at a log cabin, located in the woods on the shores of a lake. You’ll be able to take in the serenity, relax with a good wine and reminisce about all the adventures of the last week!
Day 7 - Ushuaia
Today you’ll get a sense of the region’s peaceful, untouched nature as you explore the local national park by foot.
After breakfast you’ll set off to hike through the woods, seeing some of the most beautiful natural sights and vistas Ushuaia has to offer along the way.
At around noon, you’ll stop off at a panoramic viewpoint that allows you to take in the unique ecosystem of the Tierra del Fuego. Guides will travel with you and share their passion and knowledge for these beautiful woods, which adds to the experience.
After the day´s activities, you’ll return to the hotel.
Day 8 - Buenos Aires
A morning transfer is organized to take you to the airport from where you fly back to Buenos Aires. Whether your travels are to continue from here or you’re heading home, we trust you’ve enjoyed the last eight days with us! Until next time...
